This page will be devoted to the Wizard's enjoyment of that noblest of all beverages, wine.  Here I shall gather a personal record of wine tastings, meals and special occasions and events for which wine served as a major accompaniment.

Personality: Full-bodied Red Rating: 90 
Notes: While this wine exhibits typical Cabernet character, it seems to do so without the harsh, tannins that are sometimes associated with this variety. Aromas of ripe, dark cherry combine with hints of coffee and a slight earthy note. On the palate, the wine is velvety and full-bodied, delivering intense bright cherry fruit and a persistent, pleasing finish.

Notes: A variety of grapes provides this wine with a subtle symphony of aromas. Characterized by an attractive transparency, perfectly balanced in the mouth with the fragrance of citrus fruit.

Notes: Charming yet powerful, this wine offers gripping aromas of exotic fruits and a generous mouth full with a buttery vigor.
